    Poor quality

After just a few uses, the swivel fitting that holds the ear protectors on and applies tension when down broke, and now one ear has no sound protection. Trying to find parts to fix, suspect there will be none available.

    Terrible Assembly Instructions

Bought one of these. Spent an hour trying to assemble the inside head-liner with no success. Instructions are terrible - unclear and difficult to decipher. Called customer service and had to leave a message. Hopefully someone will call me back. I see a similar review from 2018....looks like they haven't done anything to improve.

straps too short, drove me nuts

It's a neat idea to sell a logging helmet combination with face shield & ears, so I bought one of these Oregons to replace my many aging regular helmets. My wife and I each took turns trying to assemble the suspension straps and in the end, after hours of each of us trying every way possible, and watching videos, we concluded that the straps are just too short. No idea how these would escape QC, but they did. Super frustrating. The included instructions are horrendous - really simplistic drawings impossible to decipher. No words. C'mon, Oregon, you guys can do a lot better than this.
